Time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) has become a popular technique in the field of high-throughput screening. This application note demonstrates the TR-FRET kit from Cisbio, the IP-One HTRF assay, under standard high-throughput screening conditions. The IP-One HTRF assay was shown to be a stable cell culture time-resolved fluorescence assay for screening G-Protein coupled receptors.
